"Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go". – Unknown
As summer fades and cooler breezes begin to flow, it’s the perfect moment for renewal. Change is a constant in our lives, often unfolding without our planning. Our skin regenerates countless times throughout our lives, and if you’re renting, your lease renews effortlessly each year with just a click. While summer brings beach days, barbecues, and family gatherings, autumn invites us to embrace new beginnings and possibilities.
Autumn, defined as “the third season of the year when crops and fruits are harvested and leaves fall,” stretches from September to November in the northern hemisphere and from March to May in the southern hemisphere. But beyond this definition lies a treasure trove of symbolic meanings. Have you ever noticed how refreshing a cool breeze feels after a rainstorm? That invigorating sensation is what autumn embodies.
This season offers a wonderful chance to explore our creativity and skills. The “new normal” of living through a global pandemic has prompted many of us to rethink our routines. Personally, I’ve taken up speed reading, improved my typing, and honed my cooking skills, whipping up hearty stews and delicious cobblers.

What new skills are you excited to explore? How do you plan to cope with stress during this transition? I’d love to hear your thoughts! Share your ideas on how you’re renewing yourself now or how you’ve done it in the past. Here’s to embracing autumn and all the new adventures it brings!
Happy renewing!
